BTO - In October 2017, Binh Thuan provincial People’s Committee established a Steering Committee to implement policies to encourage and support the exploitation, aquaculture, and seafood exploitation services in distant sea areas according to Decision 48/2010/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister and seafood development policies according to Decree 67/2014/ND-CP of the Government.
