In Bac Binh district, the delegation visited the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phan Hoa commune; the Management Board of the 3 hamlets: Binh Thang, Binh Minh, Binh Hoa and three distinguished individuals: Mr. Lu Van Xuong (Binh Thang hamlet), Mr. Ba Quoc (Binh Minh hamlet), Mr. Doan Tien Bot (Binh Hoa hamlet); visited Binh Thang pagoda and Venerable Monk Dung Van Xa, Binh Minh pagoda and Chief Monk Lu Thanh, Binh Hoa pagoda and Venerable Monk Ba Xanh.

In Tuy Phong district, the delegation visited the Management Board of Vinh Hanh hamlet; Mr. Mai Sen - former Head of the Provincial Ethnic Affairs Committee; Mr. Dang Thanh To - a distinguished individual in Vinh Hanh hamlet; Vinh Hanh pagoda and Venerable Monk Dang Lao.

During the visits, the delegation inquired about their well-being, sent wishes for health, success, and a joyful, warm Ramuwam Tet to the venerable monks, officials, and all Cham people following the Ba Ni religion in the two districts. Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee - Nguyen Minh expressed joy at the stable production and living conditions of the Cham people in Bac Binh and Tuy Phong districts this year, showing signs of progress. Currently, people are harvesting the winter-spring rice crop with good yields and high selling prices; political security, social order and safety are ensured; the irrigation system is effective; rural roads are receiving investment and attention.

In the upcoming period, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, Nguyen Minh, has expressed his hope for continued collaboration between local authorities and the community to uphold the new rural criteria with the goal of developing an advanced new rural area. He also emphasizes the importance of preserving the rituals and traditional beauty of the Cham people following the Ba Ni religion, while adhering to the Party’s policies and state laws. Encouraging unity, setting good examples, and actively participating in patriotic movements will contribute to the achievement of economic and social targets in 2024, in alignment with other ethnic groups in the province. The representatives of officials, monks, and respected individuals have expressed their appreciation for the support and conducive conditions created by the provincial leadership, departments, and localities for a warm and safe Ramuwam Tet celebration. Moreover, these individuals will continue to fulfill their roles, maintain their reputation, and collaborate with all levels and sectors to promote Party policies, state laws, and the spirit of national unity, thereby contributing to the ongoing development of the prosperous homeland of Binh Thuan.
