BTO -In 2023, leaders of Binh Thuan province drastically directed and prioritized state budget capital managed by the province and central budget capital invested in the area to develop investment in key projects of the province.

Lately, many constructions and projects have been invested and ensured progress and capital disbursement plans. However, the slow removal of problems and inadequacies in compensation, support, and resettlement arrangements for land acquisition and construction of public investment projects affect the implementation progress. The preparation of documents and procedures for implementing public investment projects is still delayed, leading to insufficient conditions to allocate investment capital. Disbursement of public investment capital is still slow for the plan.
