BTO - History records that Linh Quang originally was a simple thatched pagoda built in 1747 to worship and serve as a residence for the abbots. However, at the end of the 18th century, this temple was unfortunately destroyed by fire, many precious ancient heritages in the temple were damaged except the bronze and terracotta Buddha statues.
