Products that achieve the OCOP 4-star certification will be allowed to use the certification brand on their product packaging according to regulations, with a validity period of 36 months from January 13, 2025.
The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development will advise the provincial People's Committee to organize the announcement of results and hand over certificates to the recognized products. At the same time, it will guide localities and producers on how to use and print the OCOP 4-star certification brand according to regulations. Additionally, the Department will cooperate with related departments and the People's Committees of localities to conduct annual inspections of these products and propose handling if any entities violate the regulations on managing and using the OCOP certification brand and other legal provisions.
