The entries are required to highlight the great value of adolescent girls in their nonage, especially their dreams and aspirations towards a society of equality, advance and sustainable development in the future. The contest is to convey messages that boys and girls are both equally entitled to love, care, protection and life opportunities.
Each entry must consist of two main parts: words and digital photos (not more than 5 ones). All citizens are eligible for the contest. Entry submissions are recommended to be sent to Binh Thuan’s Branch office for Population and Family Planning on Nguyen Tat Thanh Avenue-Phan thiet city from September 5 to November 15, 2016.
