With its strengths in beach resorts and favorable road traffic conditions due to the operational highways running through the province, Binh Thuan is expected to draw a significant number of visitors during the National Day holiday on September 2nd, 2024.

According to estimates from the tourism sector, Binh Thuan is expected to welcome and serve around 385,000 visitors (including 9,700 international visitors) during this year’s September 2nd holiday, an increase of 3.3 times compared to last year, with revenue reaching 510 billion VND. Tourism activities in the province are also noted for this holiday, with a high concentration of visitors on August 31, September 1, and September 2, achieving an average room occupancy rate of 80-95%, with many establishments reaching 100% occupancy.
A majority of Domestic tourists come from Ho Chi Minh City, Lam Dong, Dong Nai, Binh Duong, southern provinces, and some northern provinces. They choose tourist attractions around the areas of Ham Tien, Mui Ne, Tien Thanh, Tuy Phong, Ham Thuan Nam, La Gi, and Phu Quy. Additionally, the districts of Ham Thuan Bac and Tan Linh are emerging as new attractive destinations for sightseeing and entertainment, contributing to the diversification of local tourism products.
