ADEP offers scholarships to poor students in Binh Thuan

BTO –The Frech - Vietnamese Association of Education Development and Exchange (ADEP) in collaboration with Binh Thuan provincial Study Encouragement Association on May 26 organized a ceremony at Ho Chi Minh Museum - Binh Thuan branch to grant 12 scholarships (worth EUR 60 each) to poor  studious students, school year 2016 - 2017  in Binh Thuan.

 This marked the 13th time ADEP has presented scholarships to students, who are children of former political prisoners in Binh Thuan.

ADEP is an asociation of retired teachers (the majority of them are French) founded by Mr. Andre Menras (with Vietnamese name Ho Cuong Quyet) in 1975. The organization has been recognized by both Vietnamese and French governments.
