Thanks to clear transport routes as well as favorable weather conditions, Phan Thiet City has become one of the ideal destinations for domestic and foreign visitors for their summer vacation.
As reported, the local turnover from tourism hit nearly VND500 billion in August (a year-on-year increase of 76.58 percent), accumulating over VND3,520 billion over the past eight months.
Accordingly, tourist arrivals also swelled to over 857,000 turns of visitors, including over 23,000 international ones. The figures showed positive changes in tourism growth in the coastal province of Binh Thuan.
