The event, which aims to mark the Visit Vietnam Year 2023: “Binh Thuan- Green tourism comes together”, is conducted by Blue Sea Music and Dance Theater in three locations, including In front of the parking lot of Doi Duong - Thuong Chanh Park (on the evening of March 4); in Vo Van Kiet Park (on the evening of March 11) and in front of the Culture, Sports and Tourism Center (on the evening of March 18).

The Phan Thiet City People's Committee urges relevant departments, committees, and People's Committees of the wards to support Blue Sea Music and Dance Theater in their street music performance at the above venues. Hopefully, the music would be managed to ensure security, order, and electricity. At the same time, the information about the concerts should be disseminated to officials, people, and tourists so that they can join the performance.
