According to the People's Committee of the province, this activity aims to concretize the central government's directive and the government's policy on promoting economic growth; while also implementing the planning of Binh Thuan province for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050. At the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Binh Thuan highly appreciated Sun Group for its research efforts in the locality and its serious contributions of ideas for developing tourism, services, and infrastructure in a systematic, creative manner with independent consultation from leading global advisory units, etc.
It is known that in the locality, Sun Group has been approved to become an investor of the new Ham Tien - Mui Ne commercial and service urban area since late 2024. Therefore, Binh Thuan hopes that Sun Group will continue to research and invest in many new projects that are suitable for the provincial planning and the corporation's strengths.

On this occasion, the People's Committee of Binh Thuan signed a strategic cooperation memorandum for investment development with Sun Group aimed at exploiting the potential and existing strengths of both the locality and the Group. This will contribute to socio-economic development, turning Binh Thuan into a key province in the region regarding tourism and services. This action also concretely helps Binh Thuan realize important goals set out in the Resolution of the XIV Provincial Party Congress for the term 2020 - 2025.
With this cooperation memorandum, Sun Group commits to accompany and continue inviting reputable experts and advisory units to contribute, propose ideas, and provide development directions for a systematic and synchronized tourism - resort - entertainment ecosystem in terms of transportation infrastructure, gradually elevating Binh Thuan to a national and international level destination.

The cooperation memorandum also serves as a preliminary condition for Binh Thuan and Sun Group to cooperate and promote investment opportunities, developing projects in potential areas (such as Phan Thiet City, Ham Thuan Nam, Bac Binh, Tuy Phong...), while also identifying the province as a priority in Sun Group's investment strategy. During implementation, Binh Thuan will support, guide, and accompany Sun Group to carry out legal procedures, ensuring the fastest and simplest resolution in accordance with current legal regulations.
