Export turnover of goods surpasses USD 700 million in the first 11 months

BTO - With an additional 64.3 million USD in November, from the beginning of 2022, Binh Thuan's export turnover now is estimated at 702.79 million USD, up 26.6% over the same period last year.

Among the province’s three main export commodity groups, the group of aquatic products currently contributes more than USD 225 million (up 44.11% over the same period), for the group of agricultural products, USD 13.25 million (down 23.27% USD) and other goods group reached US$464.45 million (up 21.69%).

Statistics show that direct exports in the past 11 months of the locality also increased quite well over the same period. Particularly, exports to the Asian market reached more than 450 million USD (up 27.57%), mainly to Japan, Taiwan, Korea, the Philippines, etc. Meanwhile, goods exported to Europe gained 75.3 million USD (up 25.87%) with the main markets being the UK, Italy, Denmark, Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands. Export to the Americas also generated 157.97 million USD (up 21.48%), including potential markets such as the US, Canada, etc.
