Concluding the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Doan Anh Dung assessed that in the context of many difficulties, the province's socio-economic status in the past 6 months had achieved remarkable results.
At the same time, he pointed out some limitations which are the production and business activities of enterprises, and people still face many difficulties: namely: the decrease in provincial budget revenue, the difficulty of disbursing public investment capital, the failure to meet the requirements set out of ground clearance progress, especially for key works and projects of the province. The determination of specific land prices to fulfill financial obligations is slow, and the auction of land use rights has not been possible. The state management of mineral resources and land is still inadequate. The quality of medical examination and treatment is still limited in terms of facilities and medical equipment, etc.
Emphasizing that the remaining tasks until the end of 2023 are huge, in order to strive to complete the set tasks, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments, agencies, branches, and localities to urgently and determinedly perform a number of tasks. Essential tasks are Reviewing socio-economic targets, budget estimates, and development investment in 2023 according to the Resolution of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, and the Provincial People's Committee; Implementing drastic solutions to improve the business investment environment, determining to strive to achieve the highest set targets; Expeditiously completing the detailed distribution of public investment capital, accelerating public investment capital's disbursement in 2023.
