Accordingly, the directing agency is the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Provincial Party Committee, and the People's Committee of Binh Thuan province. The implementing agencies are the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Department of Information and Communications, Binh Thuan Newspaper, the Provincial Radio and Television Station, the People's Committees of the districts, towns, and cities, along with many related agencies and units.
As scheduled, the National Tourism Year 2023 will be designed and promoted in form of visual propaganda so that the event can be widespread. Thereby, the province focuses on introducing its values of tourism resources, cultural festivals, natural landscapes, unique tourist products, travel destinations, and routes, etc to lure many more international and domestic tourists. Consequently, the event helps promote the province’s tourism activities and socioeconomic development after the Covid-19 pandemic.
