Accordingly, the Management Board of Dong Dang - Lang Son Border Gate Economic Zone has issued a plan to implement the delivery and receiving process of exported goods via a dedicated road for transporting goods in the area of 1119 - 1120 Huu Nghi (Vietnam). The international border gate - Huu Nghi Quan (China), application on the period from mid-October 2021 until further notice.
The delivery process includes two steps as follows:
Step 1: Driving a long-distance truck carrying goods to the Huu Nghi international border gate area. After the car is delivered to a specialized Vietnamese driver must comply with the instructions and arrangements of The Executive Board of the Concentrated Residence to move to the prescribed accommodation area. After driving a truck carrying goods through barrier No. 1 (of Vietnam), a Vietnamese driver must follow the instructions and control of China Customs on vehicle flow.
Step 2, after handing over the vehicle to the Chinese driver, the Vietnamese driver will receive and control the air vehicle back to Vietnam as designated by the Chinese authorities.
Regarding this content, the Department of Industry and Trade also requested the Binh Thuan Dragon Fruit Association to announce the detailed delivery and receipt process to the member enterprises engaged in the production and export of dragon fruits to the Chinese market. Thence, plans help develop proactively, coordination in regulating and transporting goods is suitable to border gates. Then the favorable dragon fruit export activities were ensured and the congestion of vehicles and goods causing damage to the business could be avoided.
