This program aims to strengthen cooperation and linkage between production and consumption channels in Ha Noi and Binh Thuan towards promoting products’ quality, food hygiene &safety, meeting requirements for domestic consumption and exports. During the period 2021-2025, there will be 10 and 5 supply chains for agro-forestry-fisheries consumption set up in localities of Ha Noi and Binh Thuan respectively, with the purpose of exchanging information and cooperating in the management of quality, food hygiene &safety; inspection, monitoring, taking produce traceability on agro-forestry-fisheries products from Binh Thuan to Ha Noi and vice verse. Moreover, the program will also step up inter-provincial quarantine of livestock, prevention and control of diseases on livestock; boost the development of clean vegetables, hi-tech agriculture and organic farming, management of agricultural meterials, and so on.
At the same time, Binh Thuan and Ha Noi will also organize promotional events to improve consumption linkage for safe and high-quality agro-forestry-fisheries products via conferences, trade fairs, exhibitions.
