Earlier in the morning, thousands of locals and tourists converged on Doi Duong beach to admire as many as 30 balloons take to the skies for the first time.
The hot-air balloons are in place for visitors to view and take photos from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., as well as from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
