Unknown dates resuming goods exchange at cross-border markets

For the border gate in Lang Son province:

According to the Chinese side, the time to resume custom clearance for goods exchanges at the cross-border markets (also known as secondary border gate) was slated for Feb 10^th. However, the Nanning Custom (China) informed of standing back the resume dates until late Feb due to COVID-19 complicated developments and shortage of human resources at border checkpoints. As for official export at Huu Nghi border gate (Vietnam), custom clearance is still being undergone.

Border gate in the northern province of Lao Cai:

The Bac Son and Ha Khau cross-border markets have been halted trading since January 30^th, and the schedule on reopening those markets are still unknown. All functional authorities are ramping up efforts to manage, control, prevent and isolate COVID-19 outbreak.

Border gate in the northern province of Quang Ninh:

Clearance custom for Vietnamese cargo vehicles began from Feb 8^th. Accordingly, after finishing all custom clearance procedures, Vietnamese drivers hand over the vehicles to the management board of Mong Cai international border gate. The custom officials take charge of handing over the goods exports to the Chinese side. All epidemic control regulations are also applied for all Chinese vehicles when traveling to Vietnam.  

Border gate in Ha Giang province:

As of now, there is no clear information about the time for resuming cross-border gate in the province of Ha Giang. In the light of such suspension, fruit exporters in Vietnam in general and in Binh Thuan in particular should actively update information of import-exports at border gates; Harvesting and purchasing the fruits must be cleverly considered; the official exports via Huu Nghi and Kim Thanh border gates are recommended to exporters.
