Besides, provincial leaders agreed to extend 6 months for other 18 tourism projects for the implementation of compensation, site clearance, land-dossier completion, license for construction, and so on.
As for projects that are still in process of compensation, the province urged to finish all progress before December 31st 2018, excepting newly-approved investment projects.
After the time-limit, if those projects cannot meet the province’s request, investor must cross out the discompensable areas from the project or shall be withdrawal investment certificates as well.
Under the direction, the Department of investment and planning shall invite those investors to announce the aforementioned contents, and guide them to make specific commitments on the implementation of the projects within the extended period. Those projects that violate the commitments shall be withdrawn investment permissions and any petitions related to the project shall not be solved.
