The project targets at a tourist area with high-class entertainment area and resorts to cater for both domestic and international visitors. Additionally, the would-be tourist area will build villas for sale and rent as visitors’ demands for such products are increasing. After completing all relevant procedures, the construction will be kicked off from the first quarter of 2019 and it is expected to be put into operation by 2021.
