The project, whichcovers a total land area of 86 hectares with an investment capital of VND 1.4 trillion, consits of many luxurious components, as follows: areas for tourism in association with hi-end amusement services, cultural areas with international standards, resorts, villas etc. In addition, King Sea Complex is expected to be built with unique architectural characteristics and landscapes in order to attract tourists’ attention.
The project is scheduled to commence construction its hotels and finish in late 2018. Construction of other components is projected to be deployed between 2019’s 1st quarter and 2021’s 1st quarter.
