The project will install solar panels on the surface of the reservoir (about 57 hectares, build transformer station, inverters and power transmission lines on the ground with the area of 67 hectares. The plant will have a total capacity of 47.5 MWp, generate 69 million kWh of electricity in the first year of operation which is scheduled in 2019.
