Binh Thuan: 100 teachers recognized title of provincial good teacher

BTO- Department of Education and Training lately held a ceremony to sum up the provincial good teacher contest, school year 2019-2020.

The contest, which took place from November 1 to 16 at 4 high schools (Phan Boi Chau, Phan Chu Trinh, Ly Thuong Kiet and Nguyen Hue), attracted 138 teachers from 23 high schools across the province with 14 subjects: Literature, Mathematics, Informatics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, History, Geography, English, National Defence Education, Civil Education… As a result, 100 teachers have been recognized the title of provincial-level good teacher. 3 high schools of Ham Thuan Bac, Nguyen Truong To and Nguyen Van Linh have 100% of teachers gaining this title. This contest is considered as a foundation for high schools in the province to review the quality of teaching staffs and then set up plans to train and upgrade teachers’ qualification to meet the requirements for education innovation.
