The group offered a scholarship fund worth VND 1 billion to UPT’s students with excellent study results in 2019-2020 academic year. In addition, Novaland’s representatives also promised to create employment opportunities for graduates. They will able to work for the group’s residence and hospitality projects in Binh Thuan.
Novaland is implementing the 2nd phase of its development strategy, with a 40-hectare project of NovaHills Mui Ne Resorts& Villas (Huynh Thuc Khang-Mui Ne- Phan Thiet). The company is expected to introduce a number of investment projects covering a total land area of 1,000 hectares. With such many projects, Novaland Group plans to prepare a strong workforce for its development. The priority is given to on-the-spot human resources, which are well-trained and professional to meet international standards. Therefore, the group will work with UPT to prepare training orientations and methods for hospitality sector to ensure high quality of human resources for local tourism.
