Accordingly, Prime Minister Phuc assigned the Ministry of Transport to provide guidelines for the two provinces on deploying the pilot, exploiting the bus routes, calculating the number and frequency of the bus run, planning passenger pick-up and drop-off points as well as timely totalizing and assessing the pilot operation as stipulated by the Law of Transport (mended).

The move aims to facilitate tourists’ travelling, boost road safety and meet travel demands for both domestic and foreign visitors, leveling up the attractiveness and development of tourism in the two provinces.
Consequently, besides Ha Noi and Quang Ninh, two more provinces of Binh Thuan and Ba Ria – Vung Tau will be allowed to pilot double-deck buses to serve tourists for sightseeing. This new-style of service promises to bring new-fangled experience to visitors as they can view the whole cities from the above.
