Binh Thuan ends school year early in prevention of Covid-19

Students strictly following 5K message

Accordingly, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee asks students of all educational levels (excepting the 9^th and 12^th graders) and students of university/colleges/vocational centers in the whole province to stop going to schools from May 13 until further notice. In particularly, educational institutions that have not completed year-end contests, are allowed to keep open until their students  finish their education program while strictly implementing protective measures for  Covid-19 prevention  and control, especially the 5K message.

Department of Education and  Training takes responsibility for providing schools with specific instructions on review programs for students of  the 9^th and 12^th grades as planned and ensuring safety for Covid-19 prevention and control.

Earlier, authorities in Binh Thuan  issued a series of documents to order the suspension of unnecessary services, such as: karaoke, spas, discotheques, game rooms, gym & yoga centers…, as well as outdoor activities for children at public parks to prevent risk of Covid-19 outbreak.
