According to this permission, which takes effect from December, 2018, Eco Seido Company will be able to use 700,223.5 square meters of land in the communes of Phong Phu and Phu Lac (Tuy Phong district) to construct its solar power plant. As reported, people’s committee of Tuy Phong district has completed site clearance and compensation before handing over the mentioned land area to the company.
The PPC’s decision also requires Eco Seido Company to use the land area in accordance with its boundary and land use purpose, and set the construction procedures in line with current regulations. In case of not using the land less than 12 consecutive months or if the land use progress is delayed 24 months from the deadline mentioned in the investment certificate, the land area will be revoked without compensation for assets attached to the land.
