In 10-month period, the number of international holiday-makers coming to Binh Thuan reached about 557,600 turns, a year-on-year increase of over 14%. With such a strong growth of tourism activities, the total number of visitors is estimated to reach about 5,751,000 turns, fulfilling the plan set for the year 2018 and raising by 12.1% in comparison with the same period of 2017. In which, there were about 675,400 turns of foreign tourists to Binh Thuan, up 14.3%.
From January to October, tourism revenue gained nearly VND 10.650 trillion and local tourism sector eyes a total turnover of VND 12.860 trillion for the whole year, overfulfilling about VND 10 billion compared with the plan, up 19% over the figure of 2017.
