Binh Thuan to hold face-to-face classes from Feb 7th

BTO - Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee On January 24 issued an official dispatch to the Department of Education and Training, Department of Health, People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities on the organization of face-to-face teaching and learning at educational institutions in the province.

Accordingly, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee agreed with the time to organize direct teaching and learning at educational institutions in the province for all educational levels. Specifically, students of junior high school (grades 7 - 9) and high school and continuing education will start classes from Monday, February 7, 2022 (on the 7th day of the first lunar month in the year of the Tiger). As for children of preschool, primary and sixth-grade students, face-to-face classes will run from Monday, February 14, 2022 (Lunar January 14 of the Year of the Tiger).

The Provincial People's Committee assigns the Department of Education and Training to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the Department of Health and the People's Committees of districts, towns, and cities in building up a direct teaching plan to ensure safety in the prevention and control of Covid-19 epidemic in educational institutions in the province. It is only allowed to organize direct teaching and learning when the educational institution ensures safety for epidemic prevention and control.
