Both sides also provide information, guidance and connectivity support for the two parties to meet, exchange and cooperative in the field of import, export, processing and consumption of fruit in accordance with the two sides’ demands and capabilities.
With the objective of promoting the agricultural trade between the two countries, both shall map out plans to coordinate and support enterprises to participate in seminars, conferences and trade fairs on agricultural products and fruits held annually in Vietnam and India.
Earlier, a promotional event was held at the Indian International Center in New Delhi on September 25th to advertise the Vietnam dragon fruit and expand ties between agricultural exporters from Vietnam and India.
The bilateral ties between the two countries has surged by 40 percent in 2017 and about 50 percent in the first eight months of 2018, surpassing 15 billion USD by 2020 as the current growth rate is maintained.
