At Mui Ne ward, 350 presents including lanterns, confectionery and learning aids were handed over to disadvantaged, orphan and disabled children in the town of Mui Ne. A Mid-autumn Festival with a small-scale lantern parade was held for the children at the site.
In a remote commune of Phan Dien (Bac Binh district), 235 children of kindergarten and primary schools, enjoyed a full mid-autumn festival celebration with dragon and lion dances, singing and legerdemain shows, etc. Besides, the organizers offered 235 gifts, worth VND 50,000 each to the young attendees.
Apart from healthy children, another 230 children patients in Binh Thuan General Hospital also enjoyed a very special celebration of Full-moon festival at the beds. The event was held by the Social Work of the Hospital in the hope to bring joyful festival to the children who are suffered from illness.
Meanwhile, dozens of orphans in Binh Thuan social supporting center received mid-autumn gifts from warm hearts of the Vietnamese Law Television in Binh Thuan. The presents encouraged the orphans to overcome adversities in life and become a helpful people in the future.
