According to the company’s proposal, the project covers a total using land of 1,340 hectares with many functional areas, including: recreational center, healthcare center, high-rise hotel and Condotel, tourist urban area, park, golf course, restaurant, etc. As proposed by the investors, the would-be sport-tourism urban area of Hoa Thang has a total cost of nearly VND 15 trillion. If the proposal is approved, the project will be kicked off promptly and it will be put into operation since first quarter of 2027.

At the meeting, Chairman Nguyen Ngoc Hai urged to specific the following issues: the project’s purposes, transport links, tourist products, comments on functional sub-regions, architectures of the landscapes, financial capability, and so on.
For the project, almost all of the local authorities highly appreciated the designed ideals, investment purposes as it is a center of sport and tourism at international level. Through the meeting, the TMS Global JSC got the green light to conduct the project.
