The Logistics center, which is one of Vitaco’s key projects in Binh Thuan, aims to boost the development of customs clearance and freight transport in the province. With a state-of-the-art container depot, the project is expected to contribute to dealing with stagnancy of goods at the seaports. Besides, the most important part of this project is a logistics hub and its accessorial services with the purpose of promoting the development of logistics industry in Binh Thuan and the region.
At the meeting, the province’s leaders and representatives of departments/ branches/agencies and localities have basically agreed with the project.
Mr. Hai emphasized that, the would-be Logistics Center is considered as an important project in Binh Thuan because it will meet the increasing demands for cargo transportation appropriate with the growing tendency and real situation of local socioeconomic development, especially when the Vinh Tan General Portis put into full operation. Hai asked the investor to carry out necessary work in preparation for the project’s implementation in order to avoid the waste of land fund.
