The underway constructions include packages of XL02 (from Km.154+000 to Km.168+000 sections and the intersection of Cho Lau market), XL04 (from Km.185+400 to Km.235+000 and the intersection of Ma Lam town, Phan Thiet and the project component intersection). The PMB7 committed to stand side by side with the construction contractors and supervision consultancy units for the sake of the project completion. On the other hand, it must ensure the highest criteria on quality – security and safety, strictly complying with the provisions of the Law.

The packages will be closely monitored and promptly deployed to get completed on time. The sub-project of Vinh Hao – Phan Thiet has a total investment of VND 10,853.9 billion; including VND 7,210.49 billion (costs of construction and equipment). The project begins at Km.134+000 in front of the Vinh Hao intersection and ends at 235+000 in Ham Kiem commune, Ham Thuan Nam district. The route has a total length of 100.8km, with 4 lanes (speed of 80km/h) in the first phrase and 6 lanes (speed of 100-120km/h) in the final phrase.
