“Vietnamese goods to islands” Fair kicked off on Phu Quy

BTO – A fair to bring Vietnamese goods to islands started taking place on April 26th at the Cultural Center of Phu Quy island. The event is held by the provincial Trade Promotion Center in coordination with the People’s Committee of Phu Quy district.

The “Vietnamese goods to islands” Fair has brought 18 enterprises with 30 stalls, including many essentials and necessities to serve for the islanders’ daily activities. Mr. Ngo Tan Luc – Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Phu Quy island district, the Joint organization of such fair can raise local awareness on the meaning of the campaign “Vietnamese people use Vietnamese goods”.

The use of Vietnamese goods can change the Phu Quy islanders’ minds and trust about domestic products. Hitherto, they can open their minds when using Vietnamese products. Besides, the Fair also helps local businesses seek opportunities to expand their network of agents, then stimulate consumers’ demands and open market shares.
