Two more VietGAP vegetable stores openned in Phan Thiet

BTO- The VietGAP certificated farm Nong Vien Viet on September 27 inaugurated its two safe vegetable stores in Phan Thiet city, bringing the total number of safe vegetable stores to 3, forming the first VietGAP vegetables supply chain in the locality.

On-sale vegetable in the stores, located in No. 92 Mau Than Street and No.32 Le Quy Don Str., were harvested, processed and labeled QR code stamps for consumers to track origins and information about the products (time of harvest and package, shelf life, name and address of producer, etc…).

Various  vegetables, including Swiss Chard, choy sum, bitter gourd, string bean, Chinese cabbage, spong gourd … are carefully packaged, stored in cool cabinets and ready for consumption.  

All vegetable products grown under the VietGAP standards by Nong Vien Viet Farm have been checked and certified by National Health Organization (NHO) and stamped by Trace Verified, an electronic traceability service provider under GCF project which is funded by the Government of Demark.

The farm has been applied hi-tech agriculture model that requires a strict process from planting seedlings, ferilizing, caring to harvesting and packaging. 100% of output vegetables achieve the requirements of VietGAP.
