According to statistics, the locality welcomed an estimate of 484,200 turns of visitors in April, a year-on-year increase of 13.38%. Of which, there were 62,240 turns of international holiday-makers to Binh Thuan in the same month, raising by 13.86% compared with that of the same period last year. Therefore, the four-month tourist volume reached nearly 1,969,100 turns, up 12.19% in comparison to the corresponding period in 2018. Number of foreign visitors is estimated at 258,550 turns in the first four months of the year, a-year-on-year increase of 13.46%. With a turnover of VND 1.245 trillion in April, total tourism revenue of 2019’s first four months gained an estimate of VND 4.972 trillion, up 18.11%.
