Private enterprises offer suggestions to foster national economy

The forum entitled “Private enterprises offer suggestionsto perfect mechanisms and policies on economic development”, was jointly held by the Party Central Committee’s Economic Commission and the Vietnam Private Enterprises Association.

The event aims to respond to the campaign “Private enterprises contribute ideas to complete mechanisms and policies on economic development” launched by the Party Central Committee’s Economic Commission and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee in September 2019.

Chairman of the Vietnam Private Enterprises Association Nguyen Trong Dieu said that the private business community is always aware of their responsibilities in regards to the cause of national construction and defence.

In the renewal process, private enterprises also promote their intelligence, strength, self-reliance and innovation to overcome all difficulties to run successful business models, contributing to the national development, Dieu noted.

Delegates also focused their discussions on measures tofurther boost sustainable export of Vietnamese agricultural products, enhance the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises, preferential policies for private businesses, among others.

Deputy Head of the Party Central Committee’s Economic Commission Nguyen Huu Nghia affirmed that the Party and State always stand side by side with enterprises and listen closely to their suggestions to facilitate their operations.

He noted that the forum promoted the intelligence, democracy, patriotism and responsibilities of the business community while also enhancing the management role of the Party and State.
