BTO – At least 35 international tourists, who are customers of the recently-collapsed giant Thomas Cook (Britain), are being stranded in the south-central province of Binh Thuan and in Vietnam.

After the collapse of the holiday giant Thomas Cook, Binh Thuan Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued urgent document on asking the local travel accommodations and agencies to create the most favorable conditions for those stranded tourists in Vietnam for the purposes of sharing their loss and impressing the best image of Vietnam’s hospitalities to the guests.

Accordingly, 35 Germany tourists had been taken to Vietnam by the UK’s Thomas Cook for a holiday until October 4th. The local travel sector pledged to give the best services and tour products as their advanced books. Moreover, shutlle services from the hotels to airports are also supported to those holidaymakers on demands.

Reportedly, about 600,000 customers of Thomas Cook are being stranded in tourist sites around the world after this firm confirmed its collapse on September 23rd.
