Deputy Ministry of Planning & Investment makes survey on sea erosion in Binh Thuan

BTO- A business delegation led by Mr. Vo Thanh Thong- Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment on August 8 made a fact-finding trip to some coastal areas which have been affected by sea erosion in Binh Thuan province.

 Particularly, Mr. Vo Thanh Thong, along with representative leaders of Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development, Planning and Investment, Construction, and the  provincial Committee for natural disasters control- Rescue and Search work, made surveys in Vinh Tien and Vinh Hung  hamlets (Vinh Tan commune-Tuy Phong district); Ham Tien ward (Phan Thiet city).

The survey has helped outline  a report about the current situation of landslide and coastal erosion so that Ministry of Planning and Investment can take preventive measures to deal with.

As planned, Deputy Vo Thanh Thong and other members of  Ministry of Planning and Investment have a working session today (August 9) with leaders of the provincial People’s Committee and functional departments to discuss the resolutions.
