The delegation, led by Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Nguyen Manh Hung, included Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Ngoc Hai, deputies of National Assembly-Binh Thuan unit, representative leaders of departments/branches/agencies, Phan Thiet City, Ham Thuan Bac district, representatives of people’s armed forces, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, formers leaders of the province, along with cadres and people of the two communes of Hong Son and Hong Liem (Ham Thuan Bac district).
At the provincial cemetery (Hong Son commune-Ham Thuan Bac district), delegates solemnly laid wreaths and offered incense on the graves of the deceased. Later, leadership delegation visited Ho Chi Minh Museum-Binh Thuan branch (Phan Thiet city) to pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh.
