BTO – Since the last months of 2012, tourism activities in Binh Thuan province have turned up lively with a boom in the volume of international tourist arrivals. According to figures of the provincial Statistics Office, in this December, the local tourism sector has welcomed approximately 270,200 turns of visitors including 31,900 turns of foreign tourists. Thus, the general tourist volume of the whole province has reached 3,141,600 turns of travelers in all year long, accomplishing the set plan of this year and rising 11.1% over a year ago. The international tourists alone, there have been 341,160 turns of visitors selecting Binh Thuan as the destination for relaxation and entertainment, a year-on-year increase of 13.5%.
