Hotel Nostalgia has been the first accommodations having a five-star rating and the biggest capitalized tourism project in Tuy Phong district so far. Amid current difficulties in Vietnam and international economic situations, this large-scale project’s deployment shows a remarkable effort and determination of its investor, consistent with the province’s tourism development orientation.
Up to now, the effect of investment in exploiting tourism in Tuy Phong district has still not matched its potential. Besides a lot of beautiful beaches as Vinh Tan, Ganh Son, Binh Thanh …, the district also has a lot of natural tourist sites and historical and cultural monuments, including Cu Lao Cau marine protected area, Co Thach multi-colored rocky expanse, Binh An temple, group of Cham towers Po Dam, Quan Thanh shrine … that are attractive enough to draw visitors.
It is reported that, the project of Nostalgia hotel brings the total tourism projects invested in Tuy Phong district to nearly 20 projects (including 3 FDI projects), with a total registered capital of nearly VND 3,350 billion. Local authorities have full of hopes that this five-star hotel will make a breakthrough to boost the development of “non-smoke industry” in Tuy Phong district in the future.
