Binh Thuan: 2 new local Covid-19 cases reported, raising to 7 altogether

BTO- The Ministry of Health on June 26th evening announced 2 more Covid-19 cases who had close contact with the first Covid-19 patient (BN 14252) in Binh Thuan province. The two new Covid-19 patients have been isolated in concentrated quarantined areas since June 24th.

As of now, the province has totaled 7 cases of Covid-19 and more than 83 F1 cases are under epidemiological investigation.

Earlier, the province has recorded 5 new local covid-19 cases in Phan Thiet city and Tuy Phong district with 381 cases of F1 and over 2,000 cases of F2. Currently, the Quick Respond Teams have a race against the time to invest and detect suspected Covid-19 cases.

Within the two days (June 25 and 26), the Binh Thuan Center of Disease Control (CDC) and Binh Thuan provincial General Hospital tested 1,604 samples, including 1,602 negative samples and 2 positive samples as announced above. All people who are under concentrated quarantined are in stable health condition.
