At the event, over 200 youth union members from the provincial Security department, the provincial Border Guard Command, Ham Thuan Bac district and Viettel Binh Thuan respectfully offered incense and flowers to express gratitude to to fallen soldiers. They also cleared up the cemetery’s campus, collected withered flowers, and put nearly 10,000 fresh flowers on martyrs’ graves.
This is a meaningful activity of Binh Thuan youth with the purpose of nurturing young generation about the country’s revolutionary tradition, patriotism and national pride; enhancing their responsibility for national construction and protection. The ceremony aim to promote the Vietnamese people’s morality of “When you drink water, remember the source” , paying tribute to those who sacrificed their lives for national independence and the happiness of the people.
