Operation of Sai Gon-Phan Thiet train routes restarts from March 5

Accordingly, train SPT2 will depart at 6h40 AM from Sai Gon Railway Station and arrive in Phan Thiet Station at 10h24 PM on the same day. On the opposite direction,  train SPT1 will start from Phan Thiet at 1h20 PM and arrive in HCM city at 5h35 PM.

Ticket prices  will be unchanged with VND 174,000 for 1 hard seat and VND 210,000 for 1 soft berth. Besides, discounts from 30-90% will be offered to  passengers who are Vietnam heroic mothers, war  invalids, victims of Agent Orange, handicapped …Free  tickets will be available for 2 children under 6 years old accompanied by an adult. Vietnamese nationals over 60 years of age will enjoy a 15% discount  while children from 6-10 years old are given a discount of 25%. Students of university/college/ vocational college get 1 10% discount on their train tickets.

Previously, the operation of couple train SPT2/SPT1 were suspended on February 22 due to the resurgence of Covid-19 pandemic.
