Nine-month state budget collection up 15.8%

BTO- The state budget collection of Binh Thuan province in the first 9 months of the year is estimated at VND 7.470 trillion, fulfilling 93.1% of the year’s plan, an increase of  15.8% over the same period last year.

Of which, domestic revenue hit VND 4.681 trillion, accounting for 78.6% of the whole year’s general estimate, a year-on-year increase of 20.7%. 13 out of 17 budget revenue sources reported sharp increases, namely revenue from central enterprises (an increase of 43.9%), personal income tax (up 23.63%), tax from farm land (up 71%), tax from the lease of ground and water surface (exceeding by 60.9%), revenue from lottery (up 25.2%), land use tax (increasing 255.2%). In the meantime, some items posted decreased revenues, such as: local enterprises tax (41.3%), foreign invested enterprise tax (39.8%), environmental protection tax (29.3%), and other budget sources in commune level.
