In Phan Thiet city, the local tourism sector welcomed the Famtrip delegation and took them to a number of distinctive destinations, such as: Sand Sculpture Park, Rang Dong Wine castle, Fairy Stream, Mui Ne fishing village, White Lake, and many high-grade resorts in Ham Tien tourist area. The local specialties were also offered to the guests on this occasion.
Sharing common emotions, Mr. Tan Kai Seng, representative of a Malaysian Travel Agency confirmed that “Mui Ne – Binh Thuan has its own attractive and friendly beauty as we expected and it copes with the Malaysian markets and predilection for tourism. After this tour, it is sure that more and more visitors from Malaysia will travel to Binh Thuan for sightseeing and relaxation”.
As reported, the number of Malaysian tourists to Binh Thuan has hit about 11,500 turns of visitors, accounting for 2.4 percent of the total international visitors. At present, Malaysian is highly assessed as one of the most potential markets of Binh Thuan tourism.
The Malaysian famtrip delegation includes 13 members who are representatives of international travel agencies of Malaysia, wished to visit and survey tourism products of the South Central and Highlands region of Vietnam, including Mui Ne – Binh Thuan. The guests call at Binh Thuan, Ninh Thuan and Lam Dong provinces from September 18-23.
