Leader works with Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation over wind power projects

VNECO is a leading company in the field of engineering, construction, package equipment supply, technology transfers and investment projects in power generation, power transmission and substations for the power sector, industry and infrastructure in Vietnam. With nearly 30 years experience in carrying out the construction of power projects, transmission lines and electrical substations with capacity of different design from 35kV to 500kV; general contractor for the power projects, VNECO is cooperating with foreign corporations to invest in renewable energy such as: wind power, solar power, geothermal power projects.

After surveying natural conditions and investment policies in Vietnam in general and in Binh Thuan in particular, VNECO is seeking chances to learn about the investment of wind power projects in the province.

Addressing at the meeting, Hoa highly appreciated the company’s interest in developing wind power projects in Binh Thuan. He also gave the guests a general information about potential and advantages that are favourable for the development of wind power. He emphasized that wind power is a new-fangled economic sector, so Binh Thuan has faced alot of challenges to be one of the first localities developing this renewable energy. However, the provincial authority always pays attention to encouraging and welcoming capable investors, as well as creating the best conditions for the implementation of investment projects.
