In particular, export earnings from Asian markets was estimated at USD 292.25 million (up 9.89%), thanks to increasing revenues of some key products, such as: garments, footwear, seafood, fish sauce, wooden furniture, paper, cashew nuts, dragon fruit, vegetables. At the same time, exports to American markets aslo realized a turnover of USD 87.5 million, raising by 18.65%. Such favorable results were contributed by frozen seafood, cashew nut, paper, footwear and materials for footwear production. African markets also brought USD 2 million to Binh Thuan's export turnover (up nearly 20%) due to impressive growths in export revenues of frozen seafood and footwear products to Egypt.
